Make sure all the bolts, screws and joints are tightened well. You can also consider lubricating all contact points with soap, candle wax or beeswax. For a quick fix, you can place rubber washer or felt pads in between the bed slats or behind the frame so that there is no friction. L-brackets or corner braces can be used for wobbly frames. Ensure regular mattress inspection for broken springs.
